This video clearly shows how rude some people can be when it comes to parades and shows, starting with that fat ass in gray standing right in the middle of the procession to take (no doubt) really bad photos, and ending with all those people just jumping in front of the camera without even bothering to see if they were getting in the way. MORONS!

My first visit to DCA was in 2004. I'm not sure if it's the same show, but there was a Mulan procession in the park at the time and I believe it was tied in to Chinese New Year. Mulan came out the gate near Pacific Wharf and went to the Golden Dreams Theater.
