lotsa haters. neither of these cars were ever meant to be particularly fast. the guys who own the cars are just having some fun. obviously cars with turbos, bigger engines or rotary engines or whatever are faster. why would everyone with all the negative comments even watch this video? what were you expecting to see?

@24okay yea ur right when the car has so much horsepower thats when u get the nasty FWD torque which makes the car hard to control. And yea but my 1/4 mile times with my K24 all motor before i put in the headers and intake were at 11.7 sec. in my opinion i think thats pretty fast for all motor civic

@YMPVT That is true, but not so much in drag racing. Believe me, I see how overpriced Honda stuff is, and knowing that after 300hp, the true flaws of FWD begins to show. I begin to wonder why they bother trying to drag race them, when they need to be out in the circuit and out in the canyons where the cars are made to compete and have the right to all the glory owners give them. But when I see the owners speak all high and mighty about them on the street, seeing them barely pull 14's?! no.

@YMPVT Ok, I will be honest. For N/A, Hondas are the king of 4 cylinders, and yes, I have seen some spank the shit out of cars. But 1/4 times not so great without turbo. Excellent cars to take on Touge, and that is what I like to do. It is more balanced and not about HP, but having skill with a light car. If you were street racing, then yeah, I can imagine, because Honda motors are all top end speed. I see them whoop on the freeways. I admitted that.

@24okay thanks for not starting a youtube fight lol respect bro. and yea ur right old vettes are slow but my friends dads vette is a 07. and yea ur right other imports sports cars come with turbos off the lot like the EVO and STI but they would be NOTHING without them. i have raced an evo and we were head to head not so fast on his part
