i was practicing paddeling, breaks and reversals and thought it would be good to do it just sitting on the floor. It really helps to keep you from letting the hoop fall. Good practice, thought Id share. Its a bit more challenging but fun :)

  • Glad you posted this! I'm working on breaks/reversals/paddling right now and I keep looking for videos of people doing it but they're usually all going so fast it's hard to see what they're doing very clearly. It helps SO much to see you working it out this way.
