Speaking of generations, the most stupid, irresponsible, socialist teacher bred college students of today have no idea what they can expect--the enormous debt burden that the Democarats have increased over that of the Republicans. The students have no idea how they will suffer from the side they are taking today, yes, even black folks will face tougher times than they have faced for a 100 years.

Oh, another important thing is that making sure it is not lobbyists governing any of our opposition parties. We paid these politicians already, lobbyists should pay us, not any political parties. We have to be smart and innovative to make three parties system government which includes the Internet, the elected, and the opposition.

GOP's opposition is actually trying to re-establishing themselves using it, the bill is important for them. GOP is always big gov't, only "small" in names. I don't really care what they are doing to oppose this bill, but care about what they really put into this bill. It is a "public option" but adding "penaltiy". The language is Jewish. People should use both Dem. and Rep. to understand weather it is a penalty or an option first. If it is just Jewish, we need English countering it for clarity.

@Grbgman No Lie, check out You Tube video, "Stimulus Dollars Hard at Work," a CNN report. It does look like enough people squealed about this project that it was put on hold. Now we only need to stop three quarters of a Trillion more to try to get the deficits under control. I doubt the folks in Montana thought they were in dire need of new border crossings.

You're lying through your teeth, but i dont care. This would have been a whole helluva lot worse without the new Presidents initiatives. But who cares right? American tax dollars are allowed to fund the war hawks in Washington, but must not be used to help less fortunate Americans.

The bailout that came from Bush? That bailout was passed by a bipartisan congress, with many Repubs protesting. The Obama stimulus was very well planned to pay back Democrats. Who needs 5 new border checkpoints in Montana  to the tune of 15 million each, some of which get only 2 cars crossing a day? Wouldn't well planned expenditures have been better spent at the Mexico border? The Stimulus is not softening the blow, we have 3 million more out of work since it passed.

Deficits come from recessions.

And the objective of stimulus money isn't for the ending of recessions, It is to soften the blow to the working class people. And it may not seem that the stimulus money is creating jobs, but remember that the bill was designed to work over 5 years.

And contrary to what some people think, the obama stimulus bill was very well planned out compared to the $850 Billion bailout from Bush that mostly fell into the pockets of corrupt Bank CEO's.

Huge recessions don't mean you have to spend like there's no tomorrow. The stimulus spending was a payback to democrats, not a job creator. Obvious, since unemployment is now at 10.2 percent. The Omnibus bill was loaded with pork.......in a recession.....Obama signed it anyway. Uncontrolled spending and mismanagement are leading us to national bankruptcy.

Of course the deficit is doubled, ITS A RECESSION IDIOT, THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PEOPLE LOSE THEIR JOBS.

The National debt on the other hand stood at $9 Trillion from ludacris multi-trillion dollar budgets FORCED through congress by non-other than President Bush.

And people make all kinds of crazy predictions, like a 9 trillion defict in ten years, doesn't mean they're going to happen.

42tealime, the LAMEST thing is when these liberals say how Bush overspent. Obama's bunch is spending many MANY times as much as Bush spent. The Demoncrats in Congress have been spending us into economic oblivion for years via the mess they created w/ Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and other giveaways to donors/special interests. When will it stop? When we come to realize that CONSERVATIVE Republicans only can lead this nation!
