I was interested in getting one of these. have you ran it with a motor yet? is it worth it or should I look for something different?

I like the turnigy 60amp esc a little better than the trackstar, but they also have a 100amp. So I would recommend the 60 if you're low on cash. I didn't want to pay more since I din't feel much of a differce now with the 100amp esc and the wires are a bit thinner so they fit the motor and didn't take as long to get that on there. It's been working with that orange 5.5 turn brushless motor. No overheating at all.

Unfortunately this one burned on me so I never did get another one of the same. I eventually got the trackstar 100A which is okay, but the wires were pretty thick and hard to solder on to the motor. I got one of the orange motors with that esc. I also just got this turniy 60amp esc. hobbykingdotcom/hobbyking/store/__7188__Turnigy_Brushless_ESC_60A_w_Reverse_prog_v2_2_.html
I paired it to the orange 5.5 brushless motor they have since that's all they had in stock when I bough it.
