  • Slow down a bit to work the rhythm..

  • @hammerpop Rythm isn't something you just can work on. It's something you get as a result of something else. I get that I start really fast, alot. However, if I start slower, I will end up slower --> throw shorter.

  • My point is you you need a rhythm that allows you to gradually increase the speed or else you are out of control...you are out of control in your vid.
