The referees in the UFC are there by law to make sure fights are in compliance with the unified rules of MMA and to make sure fighters don't take unnecessary damage.

You should have your opponent stand in an orthodox stance for training vids, because most people are right handed and don't know JKD. Just a thought.

@Rjackman84 I know its a year ago but.. Since "UFC" Is not a fighting style, your entire point is invalid for one. If you are talking about the style of "MMA" MMA, has moves that could kill, hence the rules in UFC and other event holding companies and no, not every art is deadly in the right persons hand. I can prove you wrong on that easy.

In jeet kune do martial art , its teach you what you should not do,you can do anything you want but its does not teach what you should do, this video should explain the way what the real jeet kune do explain.A lot of peoples out there learn a bit of jeet kune do stuff and claim themself a jkd expert.They don know enough yet what jkd is all about, its a very deep art as Bruce Lee have study ''TAO'' a very deep meaning which have study in china for more than 1,000 years ago.
