@TobyJar564 I don't know if it's still there, but you'd go to Kennington Park in south London, and it should be near the entrance off Kennington Park Road.

@harrishansk That's Stockwell skatepark, near 145 Stockwell Road in south London (SW9).

It's been resurfaced since this vid, and is now a normal concrete colour, instead of red.
