rskinz36, I know exactly who UTEP is, the University of Texas-El Paso. The Miners are building a good program under Mark Price, and finally the great El Pasoans will have a football team they can be proud of. (I was an LDS missionary in El Paso, so I'm biased). Jordan Palmer needs to be more consistent, though.
