I think this guy is at least trying to make an effort to please the russian people, and for that he even took the time and effort to make this video.
That is VERY far from the usual american ambassadors, who could not care less on what people think of them in the countries they are destined to.
As such, let us give this guy a break and hope he can do a good job.
