  • I haven't seen many young guys who've trained enough to make all these comments especially since your form looks fantastic. Mastery is a carrot on a stick and you are chasing it quite well. I trained hung gar, tam toi, choy le fut, buk pai tong long 10 hrs a day for the first five years. I'm only saying cause I'm surprised to see so many coaches when the field of those who have attained is fairly slim. Keep up the good work you can be proud of your accomplishment.

  • this is good but you need better stances, "shupo" or how it spells looks really awful imo. but still 6/10* and i also notice that you but your heel up in the stance that is named something like "compo"

  • There so many different forms of Tong Bie Quan ( Through back boxing) or ( Back Through Boxin)

    In shaolin Kung fu -& in normal Kung fu Schools are the forms Different but all forms are right

  • @jolderon2 In traditional wushu philosophy, the power travels like through your body like a whip, the 9 parts are if I'm not mistaken, the power comes from the toes, the heel, the knee, the waist, the back, the shoulder, the elbow, the wrist, all the way to your fist.
