@GOAZorg Reciprocity working? Try going to New Jersey with your carry permit and see what happens. Then, when you get arrested, you can explain to the judge that God personally gave you the right to carry. Unfortunately for you, this is not a valid argument in court and you will be convicted.
Without the 2d amendment and people committed to backing it up, your innate right to carry would be completely worthless. Just take a look at the UK or Japan. BTW, the 2d A now applies to states too.

@LtSgt5 May I remind you that the 2nd Amendment does NOT confer rights, it only reaffirms them. Those rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights are negative upon the National government. Our rights do not come from government, they come from our humanity. In my personal case - God.
Reciprocity agreements are working. We do not need federal intervention, especially using the Commerce Clause, in to an area that is a power which belongs to the States.
