CSX keeps there employees scared to death over dumb stuff and their employees can't concentrate on what is actually important. Saying "IN THE CLEAR" on the radio or making sure we have 1 inch heels on our boots is more important then keeping your train on the rail.

Conrail never had this many accidents along the old New York Central mainline during their existance. CSX is having some big problems now.
