Part of Minneapolis fine artist Scott Seekins' art is twice a year change of clothing: all white all the time for the sun months and all black for the extended Minnesota winter. When he changes is a closely guarded secret, but on October 6, 2008, hundreds of OLSON advertising agency staffers streamed out of their office and followed him, trance-like, across the Irene Hixson Whitney Bridge to the Walker Art Center Sculpture Garden, ending at "Spoonbridge and Cherry."
Nerd alert.

I get it that this is Minneapolis, but beyond that I am confused. What happened?
