  • The King's English is a book on English grammar and usage. It was written in the 1900s. But he could also be referring to received pronunciation, which is usually referred to as the Queen's English but can also be called the King's English as well as BBC English. No need for the harsh words from you or the other commentators.

  • Yeah I know now, sorry for my ignorance.

  • Ughh i need a Hank in my life

  • his books are Slayer album titles

  • This is something I completely agree with, show or reality. If I were there, I would kiss David in sheer appreciation.

  • Anyone knows in which episode was this?

  • from 1:15 to 1:32, I don't think he was acting. He was being honest and straightforward.

  • @MickeyMo1961 The one and only!!! He has also played some roles in other series, like Sons of Anarchy.

  • @MachineintheSky You're right, I don't believe you. And that wasn't your only mistake. I'll let you investigate and figure out the tougher ones.

  • @disintegratingeden Funny how you still think I'm pretty smart, since you quoted me. Yes, the only mistake I had is typing "I" with "i", and I think my message got across quite clearly, with no "pseudocommunicating" (as Hank says). Not capitalizing in a certain situation is not considered a grammar error, but most likely a spelling one, in which case yes, I sometimes don't type the "I" because I'm not used to it. You might or might not believe me, but I don't live in an English-speaking country.

  • @MachineintheSky

It's cool that you watched this brilliant scene, commented on someone's improper grammar, and still refused to use proper grammar. I hope you were being ironic.
