Winter Brew in the Woods with Friends

Very nice vid, the last shot was awesome. What kind of permission do you guys seek for using wood fuel stoves and practicing bushcraft out like this? I'm always a bit weary of lighting up my little stove even in my local woods because I know that some people totally over react to someone just being out enjoying nature.. I've no idea who "owns" the woods I frequent so no idea who to ask for permission!!

Had a day off work today and your vids are cheering me up no end, so thanks for that! :)

@Smith28Adventure This particular day we were in a small wood my friend actually owned, so obviously we had permission to do whatever we wanted. But yes I sympathise with your problem it's something a lot of people face here in the UK. You've just got to ask about find who owns various woodlands and approach them nicely, let them know your healthy interest in nature and the woods and your interest in using them. It's a perfect question for the forum ;) to get various suggestions.

That's a shame - YouTube's buggered my video again! Starts freezing from 2:30 onwards and misses out a little clip at the end. YouTube tis starting to get on my nerves! I shall have to move everything to Vimeo if they don't sort it out.

Have seen you using the honey stove a few times now and really like it. Found a good alternative last week while being dragged round IKEA - stainless steel cutlery stand at £2 which is pre-drilled and an ideal size. Just stuck a couple of tent pegs through holes in top and it works a treat.
