  • @myleskubicek My season is over and my team and I celebrated with a big steak dinner

  • @Mvenven dont be a pig, eat chicken, but not much, eat a little protein about 7 times a day. no carbs, no fat, you will loose around 5 pounds a week easy, dont cheat your diet

  • @LadyJag85 I actually already did and it was pretty easy. I am going to nationals next week.

  • @LadyJag85 "gradually" losing weight is not "cutting" weight. cutting weight is losing 10+ pounds in one day. And it is VERY different than people going on a diet. To cut weight people will dehydrate themselves, induce vomit, take laxatives, and starve themselves for days. You have obviously never cut. And I hope you never will.

  • @makohit i think if you do it a healthy way then its fine its no different then people going on diets to lose weight.. but trying to do it in a week or the day before not healthy.. but a month out or more and your dieting... and getting your weight down gradually is okay
