Radium watch hands

The old luminous watch hands in a bag, contains copper doped zinc sulfide paint with very small quantities of a radium salt, which is radioactive giving a marked response with a Russian made DRGB-90 Geiger counter, exceeding 3 microsieverts per hour (300 microroentgens per hour).
