what speed controller will i need for the 3.0 turn version of this?

why rc car drivers dont use ducted fan motors is beyond me. what kv, what Io, what Rm?...why dont they show these figures?...they ARE what a motor is, yet no mention..just the number of turns!...big deal, what about wire diameter, length, impedence, efficiency?, torque curve?, max power, max continuous power ..nothing!..
