blackmore has better riffs, gilmour has better solos (but just by a pinch).
Gilmour can create the most beautiful soundscapes with his guitar, but then again rick wright's keyboards complement him greatly. Blackmore's faster but gilmour for me has more feeling. Very, very close call but ultimatly I'm going with gilmour.

No puedes comparar a Gilmour con Blackmore porque son 2 estilos totalmente diferentes. En todo caso por creatividad, técnica y velocidad gana BLACKMORE por paliza.

Ritchie Blackmore is a good guitarist but he have no compares with David Gilmour.
In my point of view, Gilmour is the king of guitar solos!!!
Sorry, I'm a fan of Pink Floyd and always gonna be my best favorite band of all the times. ;)
