@ThePsychoguy Naruto was cool (I think it still is) back in 2006 (upload date) when not too many people outside the otaku community in the west knew what it was! Anyways, to answer your question, we have incorperated grappling in to our curriculum from outside sources as part of our sanshou/sanda curriculum, but concepts of limb/balance control (and chin-na) from the TCMA methods we teach translates well into the ground game, in fact, I know I’m a better grappler due to my experience with TCMA.

We are not affliated with the school that you mentioned. We teach Choy Lay Fut and Ving Tsun methods of kung fu, and our association is so named because the headmaster of our school has the surname of Ng. Thank you for your comment and hope you are able to contact your sifu.

I live in Kankakee and I've been going to this school for 7 yrs. It's worth the travel especialy on the weekend when we train for an average of at least 4 hrs per day you should check it out
