@se7enspeaker You are all in-titled to your opinions. You can treat horses with respect and love and still get kicked bit and stepped on. Especially with abused horses which is what I have worked with.

But because of all you bleeding hearts there is a glut of horses on the market, I went to an auction before Thanksgiving and I could have bought several horses that have no problems at all for 12 dollars.

This isn't even taking into account all the abandoned horses on the back roads around here.

@diane189444 That is what everyone does not get. He can't. He would have tried to veto it, but congress would have overrode him. He had no choice, because Congress had too many votes. Since it is not a threat to the nation, he cannot override their override.

People get educated. This is why US slaughter houses need to be open so that these animals do not go to the Mexican slaughter houses. Mexican slaughter houses have zero rules. US houses have rules in place. And just an FYI most of these horses you see in this video starving & dehydrated - didn't get that way in the transport there. They were already on their way to starvation. Animals cannot get that skinny in a weeks time. Get educated people - and get spell check while you are at it.

Obama signed the bill to open all the slaughter houses in the United States I need everyone that watched this video to write President Obama asking him to please change this bill. so many horses will suffer a horrible death. Help us to help them

Well thanks all the bleeding hearts out there we now have a glut of horses on the market. So all of you who want to "save a horse" step right up and buy one at auction for $1. Then you too can have the glory of a $200 a month feed bill and $2000 a month vet bill, not to mention boarding, tack, saddle and lessons.
