  • Read a book called The PH Miracle

  • Traditional Western Medicine is only good for acute traumas. Otherwise it is 'we have a pharmaceutical company that has this product that will not cure you, but will mask the symptoms' so that you can continue buying our products. (with a few exceptions).

My recommendation for you is to look into orthomolecular medicine, exercise/do sports, meditate, and spend time with friends and family and have good worthwhile goals in your life. Like where do you want to be in 10 years? Good luck!

  • This has definitely peaked my curiosity. I have been on different meds for ADD, depression, and anxiety over the past 7 years. My psychiatrist told me that there is little "we" truly understand about brain chemistry. Is Orthomolecular med. something that's recently taken off? Is it recognized by those trained in traditional Western medicine? Thanks!
