  • wat i be doin here is......... lol carlton sounds way smarter than that

  • yes... i was hopin i could find proof that you dont need the machine to do this... instead i use my normal bench barbell with weights on it and put it ontop of a pillow which is on my knees... its pretty much the same thing though... its just easier to lift more weight with your calves that way...
