Chris Bell, the Democratic nominee for Texas Governor, led a roundtable
discussion about textbook reform at his Austin campaign headquarters earlier
this week. Political censorship in the state textbook adoption process is
resulting in watered down, factually inaccurate textbooks. Bell, a former
Congressman from Houston, announced his 4-point plan for reforming the
process.

  • Bell couldn't even hold on to his Congressional seat and you expect people to vote for him for Governor? Bell is just another corrupt career politican.

Texas needs Kinky - the only candidate that is not a career politican.

Vote for Kinky Friedman: Child Chess Prodigy, Peace Corp Veteran, Musician, Caretaker for Echo Hill Children's Camp, accomplished Author, and Benefactor for the Utopia Animal Rescue Ranch.

  • Bell's a liberal Democrat exsteamist!

  • Go Kinky! The only real independent and the only one who will put Texas first and not their political career.

  • he's the best canidate running...kinky is wierd and is not right for texas...strayhorn is bullsh!t...it's a toss up between bell and perry!!!
