Thank you for the video. I went to a physical therapist today. She ruled out Bvvp but told me I might have a vestibular imbalance. I have for many years been dealing with on and off dizziness and being off balance. It has been intermittent for me but in the past year it has been happening almost every day. She gave me a couple of the exercises you showed but not all of them. So I will add the extra ones from your video. I get eng audio testing done later this month and I am going to the neurolo

Thank you so much for posting this video, I did this the other night and my dizziness went down majorly the next day. I will keep doing these every night until IMO dizziness is under control :) I had a neck spasm which ended up causing poor balance and dizziness afterwards, thinking it may have shook the otitis loose or something --

Thanks for making this video, this seems to work for a lot of people with chronic dizziness. I showed a person I know this video and he tried the exercises and began improving after about 2 months. So for people watching this who suffer from chronic dizziness, it can be ameliorated it just takes a little bit of time for your balance receptors to recalibrate.
Thank you sweetie for making this video :D

TRY THIS! Sit in a chair, with some space around you. Make fists, with both arms straight out in front of you, then raiseup both index fingers. Now, while HOLDING YOUR HEAD STILL, slowly move your right finger off to your right, tracking it with your eyes, the whole way. Then slowly bring it back. Repeat with the left, then continue the excercise for 3 to 5 minutes. Try that twice a day for 2 weeks. It helped my sister, and I'm pretty sure it helped me. Recalibrating the brain. Good luck!

Hi, thanks for showing these exercises. I'd been reading about this kind of exercise but it's much more clear to understand when seeing someone do it. These are going to help me. :)

I tried these out - probably best to do them before I eat to lower the risk of hurling chunks. I wonder if the exercises in Yoga would have a similar effect
I just wonder If u have already overcome the problem or not

Hello Falcon!
For a while I had overcome the problem (for a few months that is). Sine then I have been in the hospital several times for cdifficile & there are other balance problems coming on where my body is jerking out of nowhere and I can just 'drop' to the floor. I was just thinking about trying these out again to see if it can help. The meds and other stuff have been affecting me. So for now, problem is worse... temp. had been overcome.

Hello there, i jst tried the exercise at first i used to feel better no anxiety feeling now i find myself more unbalanced. Is it due to exercise in the begining or it will get ok later, please help to explain !

Corrected post ;.)
Hello Yas,
It depends on what condition/s you have... many times in the beginning it will be an alter effect. So it can go bad to better, or better to bad (then event. better). One possible reason is it is fixing the issue so it is bringing about the dizziness. Example, a healing bite can feel itchier as its healing. The ears and brain are very sensitive to changes, even those that are good for them. What dx do you have that you have started these exercises?
