Certified paralegal Pastor Rick Strawcutter. Pro se art of legal self defense. As seen on MSNBC and Donahue.

"AntiChrist isn't coming - AntiChrist just got off the bench. But don't get the idea that all judges are crooks and gangsters, and all lawyers are scumbags. This country is in such bad shape because people have no idea what's going on.

I wish to travel as a Constitutional right to travel. I'm not in a state-regulated commercial enterprise. I'm not a party to this 'voluntary' contract. My signature was made against my will and under duress."
-Pastor Rick Strawcutter

A party who, with explicit reservation of rights, performs or promises performance or assents to performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not thereby prejudice the rights reserved. Such words as 'without prejudice,' 'under protest' or the like are sufficient.

  • can I object (fact not in evidence) if the officer says how far he followed me to pace me? He's not gonna know how far he followed me or how well he paced me... what about when he's catching up to me, he has to be doing more speeding than I. What if he uses that to say I paced him. He drove faster than me in miles per hour to catch up to me.

  • @abeismain I gave you a few resources... but I am not an attorney nor can I give legal advice.

I do suggest that your thinking is closer to one truth of action.

There are more than one way to skin a cat and if you go in with a target in mind, what will you do if they change their tactics or just commit fraud... you need several plans and have no plan at all, be like water, and show them not your cards

  • @abeismain You can object, and that's a good method... just be warned of the pitfalls and also other objections.... get to know 3-4 6-8 objections and how to use them... BTW you don't have to always object to everything neither should you probably either, but it's your right and you can hold them up for a very long while if you choose...

Just remember, the court is a battlefield, and you can move however you like, it may or may not be expedient, and they may or may not be honest 2 you

  • Pastor Rick, are your sermons as entertaining as your legal videos? If they are I can't wait to go to Michigan in February, I would love to hear one of your sermons.

  • Good information ! Thanks !

  • What is and is not contempt of the court-any related laws?

Can I invoke 5th in traffic court,if you feel your own answer would be self incriminating?

On what basis it is decided whether what you ask/say or policeman asks/ says is related(relevant) or not?

  • What if you object and the judge will counter you and sustain and finally gets upset with your objections and tells you that if you do not stop this nonsensical objections,he will lock you up for contempt of court....what do you do then????

Can you object to what the judge says?. Can I ask the judge a question? Does he have to answer? Can judge or prosecutor rush you? How can I counter that?
