This video clip is from part of an interview with Dr. Bralley discussing the importance of amino acids in the body.

Amino Acids may not be something you think of that can be a problem with a patient because you think to yourself that most American's eat plenty of protein. However, if we remember back to basic physiology, amino acids come as essential and non-essential and they also come as conditionally essential, e.g. Glycine for conjugation reactions in detoxification processes.

Amino acids are in a constant state of dynamic flux in the body, acting as the building blocks of muscle, connective tissue, antibodies, neurotransmitters and more. As Dr. Bralley shows in his clinical example, they can be very helpful to support people who have unexplained fatigue most probably by supporting the Kreb's cycle and/or neurotransmitter synthesis.
