This is the better version (it may be mono vs. stereo). You can tell by the absence of guitar after they first sing the title at the beginning of the song.
Their first three U.S. hits all had the Lennon/McCartney songwriting credit. After they did other songs (often remakes of U.S. hits such as "True Love Ways"), they did "Woman", supposedly written by Bernard Webb. However, Webb was revealed to be McCartney. Thus, both he and Lennon wrote different songs called "Woman".
