This commercial is trying to appeal to societies lowest common denominator in an attempt to salvage the profit margin of an inferior product that no person with an IQ above 90 would enjoy. Therefore, by overtly appealing to black Americans, (and white Americans who identify with blacks), is it implying that they have below average IQ scores? Considering some African countries have an average IQ below 60, is this commercial technically racist, or just an example of clever business strategy?
