I was bored of my Tamiya TA02 touring car and decided it was time for it to die. My buddy and me made the ramp in a couple minutes and it was too flexible and just shot the car straight up on the first jump. After adding some bracing the second and third jumps were perfect front and back-flips. It landed wheels down both times and while the battery disconnected the car was undamaged. I was using junk NiCad packs (this was about 7 years ago) and my voltage had dropped in the long gap between jumps three and four. I also didn't hit the ramp properly and the results speak for themselves. We guess that the good jumps were 12' to 14' high and about 40' long. Old Tamiyas...can't break them even when you try!
