You are brainwashed very well by fake informations from China government. Paracel & Spratly islands belong to Vietnam BEFORE French colonization. Much more than that, Hainan island belong to Vietnam too.
Go home and study some more about China history. Hua Xia, the first nation of China is a small country near Huang He river. Hua Xia DID NOT HAVE SEASHORE. How can Hainan, Paracel & Spratly islands belong to Han Chinese???
China stole these islands from Vietnam.

i'm sorry but Vietnam is also controlled by a one party Sommunist government.
When you say China stole Vietnam's Paracel Islands, Vietnam stole it first under French colonization.
Spratly islands has evidence that it was occupied by the Chinese way before the Vietnamese; and it was Japan who took claim to the islands when they occupied parts of China, and it was subsequently given to China.
Vietnam also took control of Cambodia in the 20th century.
China conquered centuries ago.

tibet was freed in 1959 from thecratic feudalistic aristocratic serfdom rule of dalai lama. human rights did not exist in old tibet under dalai lamas rule.
