Only way to unban you, is to get a new xbox, and play with your new xbox, and recover the gamertag.

i hav 2 360 1 is chipped an 1 is nt wot if i put my account on to a memory card an get the acheiments offline on the flashed xbox an the swap the memory card around 2 the none chipped xbox to update my gamerscore will this get me banned

That's nothin my console got bannd on friday the 13 th at 1 am while I was watchin a DVD !! Lol so now I gota buy a new console and £405 worth of £5 back up copys games goin to waist now :( so now I Gota re buy al the real Copys of those games and that's gna be a pain in the arse to do!!

Yes but there are drawbacks. The most obvious is you can't play online but the worst is any game saves and achievements you got after the ban will be corrupt on an unbanned console. My advice is if you ever plan to get another xbox for live than don't play games you care about.
