@blaidd0drwg I vote Daleks. I hate them to dust but they really don't die. After all, the only reason their leader ever died was because he turned half human.

alot of people are sayin Daleks will win, Cybrmen will win, even some people think the Sontarans will win...but i dont care i like the Hath their cool lookin :] (if u dont who the Haths r watch episode The Doctor's Daughter in Series 4)

no she doesnt, she gets KILLED by the daleks :/ oh and u know how she says her name and stuff to someone and all the time they go 'i know' omg she did that to the daleks and even the daleks know who she is and says the same thing!!! lol :]

i've seen all of series four episodes and davros does come back in episode 12 and 13 as the doctor dies in it and rose comes back it's good but sad.

OK - sounds good. I assume when you say the doctor dies, he then comes back to life? I've seen photos of the Christmas special with the Cybermen.

I guess, since there is only one Dalek left in existance the winner might be the Sontarans. Although the Daleks did say that they only needed one Dalek to defeat the Cybermen.
