No. In the VP/ZM literature, it says an unelected, unaccountable group of anonymous "Scientists and Technicians" do that job. Who are they? That is not your concern for they know better than you. It's a sham, and so is any notion of an RBE. Don't be fooled.

There's a point when a RBE concept becomes so evident, i can't see a person defendind the current system in any other way than a primitive monkey.

@filmbeau I'm sorry nut I don't see what you see. All they talk about there is freeing humans from labor with automation. Personally I feel the world is broken today, don't you? You can clearly see the world is falling apart. No one has proposed a better plan than an RBE. Today we are more enslaved than we could have ever been because the corporations control our lives my manipulating our paychecks.
