@dave7200 More likely to hit the tail exiting from the door. Its closer and inline with the tail. Once your out on the wing the chance of hitting the tail is virtually 0%.

Very cool but I must say I'm very surprised the pilot would let him do that. More than once a skydiver has taken the tail feathers off on the way by.
