  • @Dustar007

    u sick bastard

  • Soak there land plot with pigs blood. They won't even think of building there.

  • I see what we're doing here certain groups of people aren't allowed to build on grounds that members of their group destroyed...ok...so ban Black people from building Watts, Compton, DC, and any other place they've rioted, ban Latinos from building all over the west coast for gang violence, and ban White Christian people from building, well....anywhere else in the world where they've killed Africans, Native Americans, Jews, Indians, gypsies, etc. lol this argument was ridiculous.

  • Wait THEY want US to do this as a favor... When have THEY done ANY favors for US.

  • The problom s islam dosent want democracy, it wants to stone women hahahhahahaa

  • It is such a bullshit that they allways get a muslim who is for the mosque. It is just to create the picture that it is only they who suport this. Why in the world would you not build a mosque there. It is a fucking great idea looking at the screwd up view so many in the western world have on islam these days. I am an atheist and i believe that many terrorist acts, murders and such has been commited by atheist. Should i take the blame for them?

  • @thomas13953

I don't believe you in the slightest that you'll feel the same way if 9/11 had been an act of an Christian, and you'll not feel the same if it was a noble Christian man was wanting to convert a building into a Christian center with a Church- open to the public inc victims for better understanding of the religion vs extremism (sounds good already), I say this, only because you would never have the media sub-consciously drumming hysteria and fear in your ear.

  • America is a passionate idea or it is nothing. America is a human brotherhood or it is chaos. ~Max Lerner, Actions and Passions, 1949

  • @thomas13953 Following the attack on Norway (with compliments from the media your probably well over), I don't see the country at war or going into native land to pursue right wing indoctrination or Christian nationalists. Look at the argument from both sides. Hundreds and Thousands of innocent Muslims have been killed and displaced in the name of 9/11. Now they discriminate against their own. Americans boast about the land of the free, they talk the talk but will never will they walk the walk.

  • @thomas13953, I wholly disagree with u, Islam and Muslims hve been scapegoated and placed into a category of "dangerous". If the same attack in Norway was perpetrated by Muslims you would never hve heard the end of it. The issue is not with a Muslim buying a derelict building for a Mosque, this issue is with those whom "choose" to be ignorant, ignorant enough to not distinguish the difference betwn a bad Muslim and a Good one; interestingly this can easily be distinguished betwn the Christians.

  • @Expressivenification I wasn't saying you called me that I was just saying it again because I keep getting people calling me that on here. I am aware that people who were killed this day were unfortunately Muslims however this does not change the fact it was Muslim extremists who killed them, that is why I think the mosque is a bad idea. if it was Christian extremists I would be saying the same about the church.

  • @thomas13953 Your concern for the memory of the dead is applaudable but what about The Muslims victims in the 9/11 attacks were as follows: six from Pakistan, six from Bangladesh, four from Guiana, two from Sri Lanka, two from Gambia, two from Ivory Coast, and 1 from Yemen, one from Iran, one from Ethiopia, one from Turkey, one from Trinidad and Tobago, one from Burma, one from Albania, one from Greece and one from India, representing 1.07% of the total no. of victims of the Sep 11 attacks....

  • @thomas13953, A Christian racist? I have not said such words and nor do I wish to make such lame insertions. Talking about lame insertions why should Muslims and their mosques made accountable for 9/11 when clearly so many millions have condemned and ostracized such acts which goes against Islamic teachings. . If you say that is due to the perpetrators were so-called Muslims then why did they kill Muslims? What holy book vindicates killing people of your own faith?

  • @Expressivenification I fail to understand how my comment has tarnished any reputation; if it has then I apologize but that wasn't my point and I stand by my view. the building of a mosque is disrespectful. and before people call me a Christian racist I would like to say I don't have my view because of prejudice but out of respect for the dead and I am atheist.

  • @thomas13953 Bin laden (ex employee of the American Government), waged this was against America because he wants America to get their bases out of the Middle East; in particular Saudi Arabia. You'll also be interested to know the Saudi's and his whole family have disowned Bin Laden due to his. controversial advocacies. Please kindly look into the politics before tarnishing the reputation of over a billion of people.

  • @thomas13953... People died in the hands of extremists? so what has that got to do with Islam and the Billions of Peaceful muslims in the world? Hitler was a devout Christian, there are churches dotted every where around Germany in places where concentration camps/gas chambers were located - or is that different? I thought so. You need to remember that innocent Muslims also died in the trade centre, this attack was not based on Religion it was all based on politics and foreign policies -

  • Some men are bad! So kill ALL men? no. Some Muslims are bad! So kill ALL Muslims? NO. America, the land of FREEDOM and democracy, wants to remove those rights from the members of ONE RELIGEON! Well done America? NO! BRAINLESS FOX NEWS VIEWERS SHAME AMERICA THROUGHOUT THE WORLD ONCE MORE!!! Wake up America and see your inability to afford to others the rights you enjoy, wins you HATE around the world. In a land famous for FREEDOM, you suprisingly fall VERY SHORT on tolerance!
  • I am British and not religious but I must say that the idea of building a mosque at ground zero is an awful and disrespectful idea to the American people. I totally understand Muslims need a location of worship but NOT AT GROUND ZERO! If the Americans went and built a church at the location of Bin Laden’s death there would be uproar. To the Muslims who want this built I say to them you want to build a mosque at the site were 2,996 Americans died at the hand of Muslim extremists.

  • @davidwrightfan53 What and every Muslim is to blame for what a few out of the 1 billion muslims did? Seriously?

America was founded on the principles of Freedom of Worship. That means the government cannot restrict or montitor what or where people worship. Those people that died in 9/11 died for those principles. Are we gonna stain their memory by suppressing people that had nothing to do with it? Look at Highest rated comment. Americans love suppressing. <_<

  • its not the right time to put a mosque up... i dont care if its 2 block from ground zero... !

Not all americans are over the tragedy.
