I think it's Sideling too. Besides the light, the water's a giveaway - the western portal of Sideling has got a steady drip of water (which turns into an ice column in winter).

A car racing team uses the Laurel Hill tunnel for their equipment storage. I think this video is of Sideling Hill (because you can see light at the other end of Ray's Hill).
