Hey, I'm Michelle, 31 from the UK.. Put on more than TWO stone (28lb) or 12.7 kilos since January of this year! Travelling with my job meant a lot of bad meals on the go, also discovered a love of Guinness and found love with my man which has meant contentment! Lots of boozy meals, bottles of wine every night and lots of home cooking such as pies and apple tarts has led me to pile on the pounds! Also do not get me started on my boyfriend introducing Galaxy crumble into my life! That chocolate is so good it should be banned! There is a simple reason I put on weight and that is because I ate and drank too much and didn't do any exercise! This is all about to change, so please follow and support me in my bid to get back into my trusty Levis! Go easy on me please! Will post weekly videos of my updates and also what i'm eating and what exercise I have been doing!
With my partner is the same... hahaha I put on weight since we are together because it is sooo hard to avoid eating some things when he´s eating...

Sorry am I bad I ment 6 1/2 Ibs is 1/2 a stone just woke up am feeling a bit of a dozy cow in the mornings need to get that first decaff tea on the go lol -Jenny :P

but I had my heart set on the atkins diet so I will say stick with it even if you scew up go straight back on it and keep going if your heart is set on it you will get there eventually. Also please remember to take your multi vitamins I didn't do this when I first started and lets just say if you don't there will be nasty consequences when you go to the loo period :O. I recommend atkins it's amazing there is more lenience you can eat non starchy veg and salads with chicken ect... but if you have your heart set on the Dukan then keep going you will get there. With atkins I lost 6 inches around my waist in two weeks and also messed up my diet fo two weeks after the first two weeks. In the first two weeks of the diet I lost 13Ibs which as you know is 1/2 a stone. I also kept that off while I messed up and then now am back on the atkins.....

Hi Michelle, I'll be watching your progress with interest as I'm about your size and I'm thinking of doing Dukan as I've been doing the blood type diet for a few months and have gained weight due to all the soy recommended for my blood type (A+ types are supposed to be vegetarians) looks like this might work for me too.
