An interesting resident of Lake County, CA. The spotlight is from a game wardens' truck. Was recently poached, unfortunately, but at least the idiots were caught red-handed. This buck will end up in a documentary I'm working on about California Fish & Game Wardens

  • rof..this is illegal to shine light on a deer in the darkness like this

  • Yup, and that's why a Warden was shining the light here, and not me. If I get around to it, I'll post him talking about this case.

  • @mullaniumman29 depends on the state. We can if you dont have a gun or bow. INDIANA

  • @navajopa31 Same thing in Illinois.

  • In Virginia you can not intentionally cast you headlights across a field to see a deer whether you have a weapon or not. If you are turning a corner and see a deer and stop to look at it you can be charged.
