IF you change the 'diet' you may in fact find a diet that helps you sleep more deeply. It isn';t the food per se, but it is how it affects the sleep cycle. Sleeping deep/dreaming vividly and arising refreshed are signs you are sleeping well.

i think i figured it out. it is related to the 'quality' of sleep. in fact, i am almost certain that this is the one thing that initiates it. it isn't even sleeping 8 hours, sleeping quality that is the issue. i am of the opinion after thinking and doing everything that could be done, that sleep that in not disturbed, is in complete 'darkness' and reaches the levels needed repairs the issue. sleep clinics are something people can look into.
