Doris Day and Bob Hope sang Baby It's Cold Outside
on his radio program in 1949 - I think.
Peter help me out on this - you know all when it comes
to DD's music.
As you can see from some of the pictures - In the late 40's, Doris was on
Hope's radio show and traveled with his group of entertainers.

Wow. This is how people used to perform in a live Xmas broadcast, probably after a few egg-nogs. It's disturbing to compare this to the digitally-tweeked, over-produced garbage that passes for music today, even with engineers fixing and re-mixing the dearth of talent that screws its way to the stage.

@nauort23 I think the artists from the past certainly had talent to spare. I really wonder what some of today's "singers" would sound like without all the electronical

enhancements. I think fans might be quite surprised !! Sometimes its hard to tell what in the world you're hearing !

@Dayniac4324 I do have to defend some of the artists I listen to, which is slightly different from many of my friends who don't understand why I like them becaues they like all the super auto-tuned rap crap. I like artists that use auto-tune like make-up, they use it to enhance their voice, not cover it up completely. Course Evanescence seems to always be not quite on top ever, or Avril Lavigne, or Jesse McCartney, even Nickelback isn't on top because they won't do the auto-tune.
