Hornby NRM LTD ED Flying Scotsman (On DCC) Following Shot.

Here we see a return of my NRM Hornby Flying Scotsman back on my channel. This time it's now been fitted with a DCC decoder chip(New Hornby Basic 4 Function).

This is a 2nd attempt at doing a following shot of this loco.The 2 coaches that are behind the Scotsman, are LTD ED from Harburn Hobbies.Going the other way is Bachmann Clas 66 in the Eddie Stobart livery.The last two wagoons on it's train is the new Spine wagons by Dapol, very nice they run too.

how do u get ur trains to run so smoothly on the points

can u tell me the name of the points again and are the hornby r8072 n r8073 good too use

and did that scotsman have sound

@jmsschooner 1st question already gone through that one with several times. Points go for the Electrofrog type by the likes of Peco. Sound, only if i fit a sound decoder in it.

i got some tracs for my flying scotsman but the nearest stokest only has lms coaches lol

Depneds on your budget etc. Ones by the likes of TCS, Lenz are very good. I've just the Hornby Sapphire, so once fitted i'll give it a good testing. Looking at it's specs it does look very good.Cheers.
