You can buy the Skinomi on ebay for 12.71 . great price . The Thrive is awesome that is why i wanted to post a vid for everyone . i hope it helped you and your decision .

yes , the screen is excellent . I recommend the Skinomi TechSkin Screen Protector for Toshiba Thrive . Hard to put on but feels and looks great . to be safe i would have best buy install it . but great protector .Advanced WiFi Lock Free -- this solves the dreaded wake from sleep issue. Go into the app's settings and UN-check "Enable Timeout." Prior to this, I experienced the issue twice, but since installing this app, the wake from sleep issue has disappeared.

@UltimateXreviewr look at the format of your movies you might have to change it to mp4, MPEG or h.264 which are some format supported by Android. Also 720p is the best way to go because 1080p will be a lot for the tablet to handle. I use MP4 and it plays fine on my Nexus S 4g for a single core phone.

How does this compare to the Samsung Galaxy 10.1? I know the Galaxy 10.1 doesn't have an SD Card slot, but what about the speed and graphics compared to the Galaxy? I was going to get a Galaxy until I ran across this during a Google search.

I have a question, I bought 3 movie digital copy and I saved them on a usb flash 8 gb drive but for some reason I can play those movies on any pc or laptop but when I try to watch the movie on my tablet it says movie not support it why? any idea I used the default program on the tablet amen I can play pictures and music of my usb but the movie nothing
