The "good fight" (ALAS) is not quite over. As Counselor Boies specifically PREDICTED, this ruling was submitted to the UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE NINTH CIRCUIT, the very last "stop" before the SUPREME COURT OF THE *UNITED* STATES. While I said the very last "stop" there, that could take up TWO different phases, a standard 3-judge Circuit Panel, and then QUITE possibly (probably?) an EN BANC REVIEW of *all* of the OTHER judges on the Circuit. This thing could get MESSY, QUICK.

how does over turning prop 8 make it a "happy" day in california?......it's a good day for the gay community but it does nothing for the rest....actually it does nothing for the gays who are just happy being together & don't care about getting married....i've this b4 & i'll say it again.... marriage does not make the relationship better, which is why i never understood why gay people were so pissed when prop 8 passed...trust me ur lives will still be the same.

sorry to hear about the stay :( my sister and her girlfriend were going to get married this week, but i kind felt the stay was going to be coming, i really hope equality wins this case. so all those weddings can start

You're Begging the Question. YES, it has been determined that you have a fundamental right to marry that doesn't mean you have a right to marry your sister. the right to marry someone of the same sex would need to be established by the supreme court first
Example, A bisexual who has this simultaneous feeling for both genders may argue that he has a fundamental right to marry. the answer is YES, however at this point in time he does not have a fundamental right to marry two people in a threesome

Wow, I haven't seen your vids since the 2008 ones! You seem so different in this one...maybe just because you have a reason to be happy here. Congratulations to the both of you on your love and marriage. :)

@TheSasha815 Hey thanks! :) I just got so busy but I want to make videos. Mostly about politics, other than Prop 8 and other stuff going around our world. 19 units will knock the wind out of any college student though eh?
