Here's a basic 5 exercise circuit that will condition your whole body in just 10-minutes.

Perform each exercise for 1-minute and perform as many repetitions as possible within that 1-minute.

Complete 2 rounds.

The Circuit
1) Staggered Hand Pushups
2) Prisoner Alternating Lunges
*3a) Bodyweight Renegade Rows or Dumbbell Renegade Rows
3b) Pullups
4) Wide Outs
5) Plank Crawls (for this exercise just keep crawling in the plank position as fast as you can until time is up)

* 3b is an alternative if you have access to a pullup bar

  • hey listen im actually in the airforce and being security forces i associate with the army alot...

    bmt is rather similar in all branches for one.

    two our forces (at least my team) are considered equal to the army guys we associate with

    the military is the military....and the airforce has some combat jobs that are no less intense than any other branch...you realize i fired a pistol from about 45 meters....and made 41 out of 45 shots on target?

    sound like the airforce doesnt fight?

  • @darkslyde11 Well I am in the Army. So, you would guess I should know a little about physical fitness.

  • @codecaine If you knew anything about all body weight training, these workouts will take a toll on your and provide good results.
