whats next? ill tell you whats next the city's got a new way to rip you off okay? parking tickets okay? fake parking tickets, all over the city traffic agents are giving out fake parking tickets okay and thers nothing you can do about it okay? its the perfect crime how are you gunna tell proof that your car wasnt where the traffic agent said it was or he said it was, your gunna go into court and be like judge my car wasnt there, prove it, YOU CANT PROVE IT THERS NO WAY YOU CAN PROVE IT ! It works the same with NYPD officers. They word the arrest in the best possible way (even if it's not true. The truth does not matter in anyway to these scumbags). An officers testmony in a court of law is evidence enough to get a conviction.
Basically anything authoritative in New York City is simply a criminal ring to get money out of you some way some how.

All you have to do is to conditionally accept the ticket. That means you agree to pay the ticket, then change the terms so once you have the receipt that it is paid, you can issue an invoice to the city for $1,000 or $100,000 or whatever you want to do. Search youtube for "handled parking citation" - I posted a video about my strategy that seems to have worked

@jmains89 You are obviously a rube from the sticks. In NYC they give you tickets for parking when in the opinion of the traffic agent there ought to be a sign. Whether there actually is a sign is somewhat besides the point. THERE IS NO LAW & ORDER IN NYC! There is only the fight!

In Israel they photograph the parked car and they can later produce those pictures in court.

They should be required to take a picture of your car to prove where it was. that would solve that problem ^^

Bob you are so right to blow the lid off all the rip offs here in NYC, which is the City of Sleaze when it comes to ripping off taxpayers. Bob keep on telling it like it is. Parking tickets should be reformed totally, please run for Mayor and we'll all vote for you.
