This is Very Simular to Barbara Hickcox's Design . I know Her personally and her design is almost exactly like this . Magnets imbeded in a spiral Teflon Rotor , Ity is considered a fusion device when spun and she has a great story about Levitation when her device Spins up

I think it would have to be created on a large scale so it is closer to a linear model... However, that would be VERY expensive and require lots of $. I'm self-funded so I've moved on to other promising designs such as
