Yep - this is it. Toscanini and his men at their best, in the variations of tempos and intensity, dynamic gradations and overall cohesion. The trademark of the master is transferred to his, great NBC Orchestra, and one can only add ... that the very-last bars are, possibly, just a SHADE too fast or hard-driven. Opinions only, of course!
