Excellent video on form and variation of the Bent Press. How do I incorporate this exercise into my training regiment? Ex. Total body work out MWF which days should I do this? Ex. Split routine should I do 3x5 Bent Press on upper body days?
Simultaneous bending and twisting of the spine can be harmful. Correct me if I'm wrong.
